How do you agree on parameters and appeal to a candidate? Imagine, you’re creating a profile on a dating site. What do you include? Why? You are listing characteristics and qualities that you believe would appeal to a viable candidate. Now, imagine you’re trolling the dating site. What are you looking for? Why? There is a VALUE PROPOSITION that the candidate showcases in the profile that aligns with your values, goals, and beliefs. To determine if this is a good match, we need to ask questions which we will learn in the Assess phase. But for now, you need to agree on parameters and clarify what you’re looking for in a candidate.
The purpose of this lesson is for participants to learn how to “agree” of the parameters for a hire and “appeal” to the right people. The agreement and appeal will be presented through a case scenario and questioning model.
